The story of FMJ
I set the company up in early 2019 when I was 18, I had been involved in construction since around 14. After working for a bigger firm and having an insight into the plastering/construction world I realised there was potential for improvement, this inspired me to create FMJ – Plastering, where I wanted to prioritize customer service, quick and clear communication, and a high standard of work always. To me this is expected no matter the job, we are now growing and building a team and a brand where these elements are essential.

Freddy
Freddy is a man on a mission with passion, energy, drive and determination he leads the FMJ Family into the future with his vision for growth & success. Freddy provides your quotes and will be the friendly face you see knocking on your door.
Paul
Paul has been plastering for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience. His guidance is invaluable and his calm way of working create a great atmosphere. His skill sets are both old and new. He’s every housewives favourite.
Harvey
Harvey is apprentice trained. He has 5 years experience both in domestic and commercial plastering. He is accurate, efficient and has great attention to detail.
Tre
Tre is in his 2nd year of his apprenticeship. He is a great hard worker who is quick to learn. He is eager to improve and always wants to improve his skill sets.
Nathan
Nathan supports all the plasterers. He has many skills and helps advise on jobs. He is constantly on the go making sure everyone has everything they need to complete the jobs, whether it be making up a mix, fetching, setting up, sheeting off or keeping their areas clean. He is an invaluable member of the Team.
Johnny
Johnny has 10+ years plastering experience. He is a versatile plasterer who can work on large commercial projects or detailed domestic work, nothing is a challenge for Johnny.
Sanchia
Sanchia has years of experience in administration work. As part of the team she deals with initial enquiries and any other business related queries. She is efficient and hard working, a key member of the team.
Josh
Josh runs all FMJ social media accounts and is at the helm of any designs & advertisements needed for FMJ.
Jordan
Jordan has recently joined the team and has shown his ability and passion for the trade right from the start. His eye for detail and clean way of working is exactly what FMJ is all about.
